All manual exchanges are processed by the operator, within 30 minutes, if the operator is online.
If there is no operator online, the order will be processed as soon as operator will be online.
Orders are checking several times a day and processing.

Transfer is possible only to verified Paypal accounts.
Transfers to the Paypal accounts opened in some countries are not possible. (Example: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia etc.)
PayPal charges a fee for an incoming payment. Specify commission percentage of your account in advance.
PayPal may freeze incoming funds. For enrollment, you need to wait 48-72 hours.

Processing of YooMoney and QIWI exchange requests to other currencies is carried out with a delay of 25 hours, from the moment you make a payment.

Transfers are not possible to certain types of cards on which the bank has imposed its own restrictions (AdvCash, Revolut etc, sometimes these are virtual or salary cards)
Depending on the card type, some countries are not supported.

It all depends on the banks.
After transfer at our side, funds arrive from 0 to 3 banking days (sometimes up to 7 days).
Practice shows that most transfers arrive on the card within 30 minutes to several hours.

When there’s a dramatic spike in transaction activity, the mempool can become congested because so many transactions are waiting to be included in the next block. In most cases, your transactions will eventually confirm. It may just take longer than usual to do so.

Sometimes, emails may end up in spam/junk folders, please check those folders.

In the “Your payment details” section, add the account number, after which a verification link will appear.
The verification link will appear only for accounts subject to verification.
